I'm trying to create an interesting video background, and I guess my creativity ran out. I'm looking for some inspiration here, so what kind of background can I add to my videos? Which types are the most popular options?

The type of background you use will depend on the goals you have set for your video. Some popular backgrounds and their possible uses include:

Colors and patterns: By using solid colors, gradients, and patterns, you will be able to change the mood of the scene, or use contrast to direct the viewer's attention
Natural: Natural settings are some of the best backgrounds because they bring the viewer into a real-world situation. Offices, landscapes, and familiar room settings all work well to connect with the viewer
Custom: Although there are common backgrounds, don't limit yourself to these. Experiment with different styles and combinations of the above to find what works best with your goals and viewers
