Should I use interactive videos to demonstrate customer satisfaction?

I am planning on retargeting customers that I have lost through the buying process on the various platforms where I market my products. I have read a bit about video marketing and how interactive content is on the rise. My interest is more in using it in the form of an interactive product review as a means to keep potential customers that are in the consideration stage of making purchases. Would demonstrating customer satisfaction as a means of demonstrating customer satisfaction help me win the trust of my target audience?
