Do synthetic videos help in personalizing your communication with customers?

Hi, I am trying to have a more personal approach with my e-commerce store, and I was wondering if anyone knows about synthetic videos. Do they help in personalizing the communication with customers in your stores as much as non-synthetic videos or should I avoid this approach entirely?

Synthetic videos are computer-generated but still use real actors as templates. While non-synthetic videos are great, they cost more time and money and provide great flexibility with different scenes. With synthetic videos, you can create interactive videos for each situation which adds a layer of personalization impossible before.
