I need to increase my customer engagement for my Wix store, and I also want to retarget customers who might have shown interest in my store. I have no idea how I can learn more about why they might have left my store or did not make any purchases. I have been drawing up a retargeting strategy, and my son suggested I make use of shoppable videos to get my customers' attention.
