I’ve seen big brands connect with their customers via shoppable videos as part of their marketing strategy. I have been thinking of doing the same for my Wix store and my retail products, but I am not sure if it will have the same effect as the big brands. I really want to connect with my audience and increase my engagement by offering them a simple and interactive buyer journey.
