What do I include in a SaaS product video?

I’ve recently heard that product videos can be used for SaaS products even though the products are not tangible. I’m thinking of creating a SaaS product video for project management software, but I'm not sure what’s important to include when creating such videos. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Saas videos, for the most part, follow a similar structure to any other product video. Your SaaS Product video should do the following:
Present a problem
Offer a solution
Show the benefits of using your service
Find a way to empathize or connect with the viewer

Keep in mind that timing, music, and audio balance become more important with SaaS product videos, as they can become easily boring and less visually stimulating to some.
