Do I pay separately for Commerce Studios and Shop Bots?
No. Every paid plan shown here includes Shop Bots, Media Studio, Ads Studio and Storefront Studio, including virtual try-on, shoppable video and Personal Shopper. Choose a plan for the monthly usage your workspace needs. AI work uses credits; video viewers have a separate allowance. Tolstoy Forward is included in Enterprise and available as a separately quoted add-on to Business. Plus is not eligible.
Which plan includes bot versioning?
Bot versioning — rewind and fork — is an Enterprise feature for Shop Bots. Rewind to an earlier point in an AI agent chat, or fork a new version to explore a different direction while preserving the original. Your team can refine a workflow without starting over.
Yes. Your team works in a shared workspace, with shared projects, chats and assets. The plan prices shown here are per workspace, not per person. Shop Bots and shoppers visiting your store are not team members.
How do credits and shared usage work?
Studio credits cover creation and workflows; onsite AI credits cover shopper conversations and virtual try-on. These are separate from video viewers. Included usage renews monthly, and credit costs depend on the model and action. Allowances are shared by the workspace. Adding team members does not multiply your video viewers.
What happens when we need more usage?
Plus and Business list their extra video viewer rates. Business comes in three monthly usage levels and also offers one-time AI Studio credit top-ups. Review the amounts and rates in your workspace before buying, or talk to us about Enterprise for custom capacity. Workspace owners can review member usage and set monthly Studio credit budgets.
How do billing and plan changes work?
Annual prices shown here are monthly equivalents, charged upfront for the year. Monthly billing is also available. Choose your billing option and review the total commitment in your workspace before purchase. Existing subscriptions keep their current pricing and allowances; review any changes in your workspace before you switch.
Forward is included in Enterprise. It is also available as an add-on to Business. Use the Tolstoy Forward link on Business to request a quote for the add-on. Forward starts with a 3-month engagement: a named Tolstoy lead helps you set up real workflows, launch them and train your team. We agree the scope and any add-on price before kickoff. After the initial engagement, you can operate with your own team or agree continued support.
